We will provide a sign, a flyer for you to email, lock box, and we are here to answer your questions and present any offers that come in. This puts you in full control of marketing. Other services are available A La Carte. Your choice.
We provide several levels of service to choose from, beginning with a Flat Fee to traditional full service. Our company policy is to provide you with a flexible fee schedule, depending on your choice of services from Flat Fee to 10%.
